Thanks for voting me through to the Top 15 in the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol Competition! With a new round, there is a new challenge. The challenge was to use one product to make both a masculine and feminine card. For this one, the houndstooth seemed perfect to me for the masculine card, and I simply made it pink for a very bold feminine card.
I gave both of the cards a similar feel, including stamping bold sentiments and using banner elements on each:
The sentiments came from this fun Heyday Sentiments set from Hero Arts which is great for any type of card:
