This week the theme for the challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is Use Patterned Paper .
I have a habit of buying 6 x 6 paper pads and never using them! This week I decided to finally cut into one of them and make some fun tags, perfect to send with parcels in the mail. I used this Project Life Sweet Edition paper pad and cut the papers up to make some fun tags, layering the strips on with some Ranger matte multi medium. I die cut a couple of the fun Simon Says Stamp painted dies: painted hello and painted create to add words to my tags.
Be sure to stop back and play along with us in a new challenge each Monday!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $50 gift voucher that will go to one random challenge entry. So please join us for this week's challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. You might also be on our Friday Designer Spotlight. Good luck, I can't wait to see what you make!

Oh, cutting up is hard to do!! I have that same problem, Cheiron. Your tags are simply sweet, and you rock the pink and yellow combo! hugs, Maura

Wow Cheiron! These are so cool! I never would've thought to put strips of paper together to create the tag's own pattern, but it is quite brilliant! These are so fun and whimsical and really are the perfect way to utilize those 6x6 pads that I know I don't use nearly enough! Thanks for the great idea here!

So glad I'm not the only one who buys the pads and then can't bear to cut them up! But it's so worth it when you do too... these tags are fab!

These tags are just so much fun and I love the combination of papers and how you've used them! It was worth being brave and taking the plunge to cut into them, something I find so hard to do too!
