Happy 4th Everyone! I have had my United States die for a while now, but had never used it. When I saw this AMAZING Across the Miles card from Shari Carroll over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog, I knew I had to try out her technique for myself. Applying all the states to the acetate is genius, and I will definitely be using this die a lot more in the future, now that I know an easier way!
To make my card, I used the same technique as Shari did in her video but I had colored my paper before I cut it out:
When it was done, I applied some occasions chit chat stickers, a mirrored star colored with Mushroom alcohol ink and a few mini fasteners on some of the corrugated textured surfaces.
