Down to the wire on my October Tim tag! I wanted to play around with this technique all month and finally got to it last night. I always loved the Patchwork Collage technique, and mixing it with a monster was super fun. I love the metal look, but decided to make this vampire a bit different by adding some paint to his face and clothing and varying the texture on his hair and clothing. Hope you like him!

I am super excited to be a part of very special blog hop with a group of ladies who are near and dear to my crafty heart, the Hero Arts Hostesses! I was a Hero Arts Hostess back in 2012, after being a huge fan of Hero Arts for many years. This week the theme for the challenge over at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is Autumn. This week I wanted to play around with a technique I learned in Creative Chemistry 103, creating landscapes with alcohol ink on yupo paper. I made a landscape background and added the tree line die to create a little scene which reminds me of driving in the fall.

Just popping in with a quick share using stamps from the new Simon Says Stamp Believe in the Season Release. So much holiday goodness in this one: stamps, dies and new Simon Says Stamp Inks. I made sure to order some of the Barely Beige ink...I can wait to use it for some no line coloring!
I used the new Poinsettia set today along with my Zig markers to create a pretty holiday card in some non-traditional colors. I love a holiday card that is not just red and green.
