I am beyond thrilled to be sharing this colorful card as part of my guest designer spot for Concord & 9th this month! I love all of their stamps, and this best banner set is no exception. For me it is the perfect set to celebrate almost any occasion, and for this card it was a great way to celebrate for no reason whatsoever and send out a fun and happy reminder to someone special !

There are so many possible combinations for banners (plain/dots/stripes) and mixing them with lots of colors was so fun to do. And I love the tiny little heart...
