Continuing along with my goal to 'Get Cracking on Christmas' all year long, by creating my Christmas cards with a few crafty friends throughout the year! If you want to see how it all started, go to my original post here.
This month I created a Christmas card for my favorite 12 year old in soft colors....I used the brand spanking new Mama Elephant Let's Go Caroling stamps and dies. I just love these little critters and all the fun elements in the set that help you create a scene...
I stamped and embossed the background with one of my favorite sets from last year, Holly's Snowflakes, then inked up the background with Distress Oxides in Spun Sugar and Dried Marigold, then stamped the sentiment. I added some glitter snow and the Framed Lafayette die, then built my singing scene inside the frame.
