This week our challenge is Let It Snow and I've created a layered snowflake using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Ice Flake, Flurry 2and Paper Snowflakes Mini Snowflakes dies. Her snowy background was created using the Kaleid oscope 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder and Brushed Pewter Distress Paint and Tsukineko Sparkle Spray. The sentiment was created with a Christmas Remnant Rub.

This week our theme is Thanks/Thanksgiving and I've stamped,embossed and colored the Simon Says Stamp Plank Background in my favorite fall colors of Distress Inks (all listed in supplies). I added some Tim Holtz/Sizzix Skeleton Leaves dies and also added some CZ design stamps and dies - the Thankful die along with a stamp from the 30 Days of Thankful stamps.

Hi there! Welcome to Day 4 of the Neat and Tangled release...and today we are featuring the Falling Stars set. If you loved the other "falling" stamps (Falling Hearts, Falling Flakes), you are certain to love this one too :) For my card, I have combined some pastel ink blending and and embossed my stars with Silver Tinsel embossing powder and finished the card with a birthday sentiment from the Floral Frame set.

neat and tangled: fa la la and penguin die

Hi there! Welcome to Day 2 of the Neat and Tangled release...today we have 2 amazing designs for you and I've used them together. First is the Fa La La die....this is going to be SO much fun for backgrounds on holiday cards. The penguin die is oh so sweet and it's little wings can be rolled up to hold a treat (like a candy cane) or money! 

Today I've used him just as he is on top of my rainbow backed Fa la la....

sss: make your own background

 

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the Take Flight Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too!

 

This week our challenge is Make Your Own Background and we are using products from Carabelle Studio. For my card this week, I used Distress Paints through the Carabelle Studio The Sun stencil to create her background. She finished her card with Tim Holtz Sizzx Shadow Script 1 dies and a sentiment made from a Tim Holtz Idea-ology Christmas Remnant Rub finished with a few enamel dots to create this fun and cheery card.

neat and tangled: triangle box and christmas sentiments

Hi there crafty friends! It's Day 1 of the November Neat and Tangled release and we have some awesome stamps and dies to share with you this week! Today we are featuring the Triangle Box die and Christmas sentiments. These sentiments also work with the Gift Box die. 

I made super easy treat box with glitter paper to create a little tree. Wouldn't this be such a cute little favor to put out for a holiday party? Or a crafty holiday get together with friends? 

I also made a couple of other treat boxes, one just to send a hug and a gift card holder to celebrate Hannukah in blue and gold.
