Hi there crafty friends! I'm starting a new Friday Feature on my blog, Flora and Fauna Fridays. If you know me, you know that I have a great love for this stamp company and their whimsical images. These stamps are perfect to create adorable cards in minutes. And I am a HUGE fan of their Texture stamps...they are the perfect complement to any of the images and I own all 9 sets :) Today, I have a clean and simple card that is perfect to send to a friend who might need a little encouragement through a tough time :)
For this card, I used the Mini Toucan set, the Texture 7 set and a sentiment from the Everyday Word Party set. I stamped the Mini Toucan, fussy cut him out and then colored the image in with Copics. On a white panel, I stamped the line of "beads" horizontally on my card to look like a chain for the bird's hoop. I added a dot of white gel pen to each "bead" of the chain to make it stand out. I stamped the leaves in various colors of green ink at the base of the chain, added the Mini Toucan and added a little flower from the same set. To finish the card, I added the "hang in there" sentiment from the Everyday Word Party set. Super simple and easy to create!

This is such a great and unique company! I love their designs and I love what you've done with this charming toucan! I have the die and love him.
