Hi crafty friends, welcome to this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! Thank you for joining us for the Create a Scene Challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week we are have a Spritz and Splatter challenge and the design team is using products from Paper Artsy, and we'd love for you to use them too if you have some :)
For my project this week I created a tag inspired by one of the most recent
Facebook Live demos from Tim Holtz using the Distress Paint Resist Technique, building lots of layers with Distress Paint and Stencils. I created all the layers of paints, then when the panel was completely dry, I used the Splatter Brush to add splatter using the Paper Artsy Fresco Paint in French Roast over the entire panel. I finished the card with a Photobooth photo and some die cuts from the Media Marks Thinlits set, and a sentiment from the Mini Motivation stamp set.
As you may know, the
Simon Says Stamp Store is accepting new orders, but have longer shipping times for the moment due to the coronavirus. With this in mind we have made the difficult decision to suspend the $50 voucher for this challenge.
We know that many people are staying safe at home and we would love it if you would continue to enter the challenges and have fun! We are all in this together!
So now it's YOUR turn, Happy Crafting
Do you use Instagram ? If so please add
#sssmchallenge so we can see your entries there too
You have until Monday 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in!

I LOVE the addition of the white Media Marks die cut over the bright background!! What a super idea to use that die!

Such great layers of colors and images. Love the splash of the white diecut as contrast. This is so fun!
