Continuing along with my goal to 'Get Cracking on Christmas' all year long, by creating my Christmas cards with a few crafty friends throughout the year! If you want to see how it all started, go to my original post here.
I'm happy to be able to share a Christmas card this month along with my friend Jenn. Be sure to visit her blog to check out the fabulous cards she has made. If you are in the mood to make some Christmas cards along with us, be sure to post them on Instagram and use the hashtag #getcrackingonchristmas This month, I also have a Neat and Tangled stamp and die GIVEAWAY, please scroll down to the end of this post for details.
Today I have a card using lots of stamps from Neat and Tangled with a fun background. I cut a piece of Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass cardstock and stamped it with the Neat and Tangled Holiday Wishes cling stamp in Sea Glass ink. I dried the panel with a heat tool to make sure the Ink was dry, then I ran my embossing magic pouch over it and stamped the Delicate Dots with Versamark ink and heat embossed them in white. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from Classic Christmas onto a black strip. Finally, I colored the die cut flower from Classic Christmas with DIstress Ink Reinkers in Candied Apple, Evergreen Bough and Fossilized Amber. I colored the flower an additional 2 times and cut out 2 layers of the flower and foam taped them to the first die cut to give it added dimension.
For my giveaway I have a set of the Neat and Tangled Classic Christmas stamps (and co-ordinating dies) I used to create my card. This giveaway is open to all, simply leave me a comment below :) I will draw a winner on July 25th and update it on this post!

Your so good with your commitment to making Christmas cards during the year. I was going to do that this year but as usual I didn't get around to it and have only made two so far. Love the red of the poinsettia with the mint green background. And the little white spots of snow really give it a festive feeling.

Such a great card idea! I am always looking for Christmas cards to mass produce. I make at least 50 every year to mail and extras to give out as sets. Thanks for the fun chance.

I work on my cards all year round and this design looks like a great one to make in multiples. Love that poinsettia and the embossed sentiment strip.
