Hi there crafty friends! Thanks for spending the week with me sharing my TIm Holtz Christmas Idea-ology creations. Today I am sharing one of my favorite makes, possibly because of the mini slimline size. I made a trio of these, just like I did with the file folder cards yesterday. When I have all of my paper pieces out, I like to take advantage of it. For these cards, I used the largest of the Journal Cards as the base for each one. I added a Christmas Paper Doll and some different layers to each one.
For this card, I added Christmas Ephemera, a Christmas Quote Flair , a piece of Worn Wallpaper Scrap and a Mirrored Star....

I hope you are enjoying these projects, I found these a super fun way to make a bunch of cards at once and have a ton of fun making with all of my Christmas Idea-ology supplies!

These look to be quick and easy to make, the hardest part will be picking the pocket cards to get started...LOL...thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Cheiron!
Love all your posts, always scroll through to see your process!
I've noticed many of the true makers sew around their cards. It adds so much but I am not a seamstress, I mean at all!
Do you use a full sized sewing machine to sew your borders or a small hand type device? A tutorial on sewing cards would be amazing!!!!

Hi Tina,
I would look for a you tube tutorial on sewing! I am the worst at it. I used a sewing machine that I got on amazon for like 65 bucks. I practiced with a ton of different papers...but I have no technical sewing ability. If you didn't notice all my stitching is willy nilly...
