Hello there crafty friends! I have a brand new project to share with you today using some of the brand new Tim Holtz Sizzix Christmas dies. If you did not get to catch the Tim Holtz Sizzix Christmas live today featuring makes from all of the makers, be sure to check it out, there is SO much inspiration. The entire collection of dies and embossing folders is really amazing.
Today I have a fun and easy crafty project I created using the new Holiday Blocks dies. This one takes a little cutting time for all the pieces, but once you have it cut out it is a breeze! I cut the Holiday Blocks out of all different colors of Sizzix Textured Cardstock in two different colorways and assembled the rectangles and squares using different heights of foam tape to vary dimension. Then I added the entire piece to a small shadow box frame with a piece of foam core cut to size behind it to float mount it. These are perfect to hang up for the holidays or even sit on a bookshelf and would make wonderful little gifts as well!
SUPPLIES:
Wow, Cheiron,
I love your shadow boxes!
Thank you for the inspiration.

These are simply brilliant, my friend! I love the graphic look (I was a city planner!) and the colors you've used are super-great. I think this goes on my "need" list now that I have seen the magic you've made!!!
