simon says stamp monday challenge: feminine

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Thank you for playing along with us last week in the  challenge and we hope you will join us again this week too :) 

This week our challenge is Feminine. I created a card with pretty feminine leaves using the Simon Says Stamp Lush Leaves Wafer dies. See more details below...

I took a favorite Alcohol Ink background that I created on Yupo Paper. I die cut the Lush Leaves and arranged them on my card with foam squares for dimension.


Once the leaves were placed, I wanted to add some gold splatter to my card. I mixed Gilded Foundry Wax with some alcohol, then splattered it onto my card and heatset it with my embossing tool. 



To finish my card, I die cut the sentiment from the Just a Note 2 Dies and added it on with foam squares and then mounted the entire panel to a card base.

What brand of textured cardstock did you use for the sentiment? It's pretty.

Hi Diane - it's some textured Sizzix cardstock :) they have all different colors.
